After visiting my local KFC, I am appalled at the complete lack of customer service, and running of the store.
I had to wait 25 minutes for my food, with a shop full of other customers waiting. Each time a new customer entered the shop they were pounced on and served, but once they have taken your money, they are then NOT interested.
You wait in a crowded shop, with the orders stacking up....would it not make more sense to try and clear some orders first, so your customers aren't waiting for ages ?
Not once did any of the customers I witnessed leaving, or myself, have an apology from the staff about the wait for our food !!!
Once I returned home, I find that after waiting 25 for my food, they haven't even got the order right ? Is it really that hard to read what is written on the screen in front of them ??
I go to KFC to treat my kids, but I shall not be going there again !!
All other fast food restaurants actually care about their customers?
