This is quite simply the worst KFC i have ever been to. Over the past 12 months I monitored the amount of times out of 10 they had got an order wrong/missed items off. The answer? All of them!!!

I had had quite enough, spoke to the manager and he was very unhelpful and did not want to hear my concerns. He said he would offer me some sort of good will gesture (just to placate me)if I went to the Burton upon Trent restaurant. When I turned up they presented me with....

........a tub of coleslaw...! ! ! You could not make it up

Do yourself a favour and AVOID this restaurant at all costs unless you too want to be swindled out of money
