“the waitress forgot about us - so we left after 40...”

the morecombe restraunt was empty except for 3 couples so we cant even blame the waitress forgetting about us on that. ahhh well....at least we got to read the menu even though even the drinks and food never arrived . if you do go to this restraunt make sure you dont sit outside or you'll get forgotten.
my tip - buy some food from morrisons opposite - much better !

THe same type of thing happend to me. If you have read my review, you'll know that I had the worst service i have ever had.

aww sorry you had the same experience vicarcharlie ! we complained and got sent a £30 voucher - i havent read your review yet, but i'll have a look in a minute . if you havent already , make a complaint to them.
we visited another restruant of theirs with the voucher and the place was so expensive £5.25 for a blob of ice cream - its just all so expensive - from now on we'll stick to our smaller restraunt where you can get double the amount for a quarter of the price
the fact that frankie and bennys was virtually empty on a saturday night speaks for itself .
people dont wanna pay these prices for average food.
hope you find somewhere nicer to eat vicar charlie and thanks for your comment

Well we did complain and all we got was a very Generic letter from a man saying he is sorry we were not happy. We wanted a voucher or something and we got nothing. I am very unhappy and I am avoiding that place from now on. It is said that you had a similer problem to us.
