My friend arrived and asked it was okay to just order drinks as it was lunch-time ish, the waitress said it would be finne and so my friend got a table and a hot chocolate. However, I arrived a minute or two after and asked at the bar if I could order a coffee and I was told 'No'. He then asked if I was going to order food which I wasn't and he then barked that the restaurant was full and it was not possible.

I pointed out that my friend was at a table and had been shown a table and had been given her drink. He told me that he was the manager and that she should not have been seated but that if I sit down he would see.

After a time, I asked a passing waitress if I could order a coffee and she asked if I was ordering food. Again, I said no and she tried to explain something in broken English that we could not decipher. This was the waitress that had shown my friend to a table and taken her order!!!

She said that she could not serve me and then pointed out 'our' waiter. After another long wait, I asked 'our' waiter if I could order a drink and he abruptly said that I was 'in a queue'!!!

Eventually, he returned by which time my friend had long finished her drink, and I got my coffee after three refusals and an arguement.

Never, ever, EVER again, it was appauling.
