For my 50th birthday party Trini provided the food and plates etc. Food was fantastic and everything was seasoned really well. They were a pleasure to talk to and answered all of my queries quickly. We have a wedding coming up next year and Trini will be providing the food. Price was really good too. (read more)

From the start when we asked for a quote they were very helpful and worked with us to meet our requirements / budget. They organised a taster for us and after tasting the food we booked them straight away. They were very helpful all the way up to the big day making sure that all the details were sorted for us. Starting with a positive, the food was tasty. However, they arrived 2 hours later than the agreed time and did not bring all of the starters we had ordered and paid for. This was for a wedding so not very professional or acceptable for a pretty stressful day in itself. Also, due to lack of organisation on their part, the glasses ordered via them were mixed up with the bar glasses leaving an additional invoice to pay. “Amazing Food”

We used Trini Caribbean Catering for our wedding in March 2012. They provided a fantastic service from the start designing a great Caribbean menu for us. On the day they were profesional and the food was amazing. Everything was cooked to perfection and the curry goat was the best we have ever tasted. They offer Trinidadian style Caribbean food but also offer classics like Macaroni Pie and Rice and Peas. We would use them again for any parties etc we are having. (read more)
