A truly massive place but built in the 19th century which rather takes away the history aspect of most castles.
The views and the setting are faultless but for us it was a bit too new inside but even so an interesting insight to how the wealthy lived in the 1800's.
The Railway Museum was well set out and they should be congratulated in obtaining the Locomotives.
Only real downside although good produce the cafe was rather expensive.
Overall worth a visit but a bit expensive with admission and food hence 4 stars
