Ordered front set of rugs came in just over a week. So ordered rear set 1 month later not rugs no reply on phone or to 2 emails. Disputed via PayPal and got refund . Good product poor customer service's Would have like rear mats but now gone to another supplier

I placed an order for a rug from this company and received an email straight away confirming my order, however after a couple of days the status on my order still said "awaiting fulfilment" even though the payment had been taken. I phoned them 3 times and got no answer and was unable to leave a message, I also sent them 3 emails and had no response to any of them. I luckily paid through paypal and was able to open a dispute and got my money back, if it hadn't of been for them I would of been £100 out of pocket. Absolutely disgraceful service from rugbugs.....what ever you do DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!

I ordered a rug in June and 3 weeks later was still waiting to receive it. No one answered the phone calls and emails bounced back. This company is a joke and will happily take your money and then you will never see the goods you ordered. I do not know how they are still able to operate and be associated to the likes of pay pal. Luckily I was able to raise a dispute with pay pal to get my money back. This company is a disgrace and I would stay away from it at all costs.

Ordered on 12th June, still marked as awaiting shipment. No reply to 3 separate e-mails regarding estimated delivery time and contact number goes straight to voicemail. Had to open a Paypal dispute to try and get a refund. Avoid Rugbugs at all costs! Will be contacting Trading Standards as per previous reviewers. Not sure how they keep getting away with it!

Do not use this company if you want to talk about your order. The phone lines all go to an answer phone that is full. I wish I had used a proper company.

This is a terrible company. They literally take money from their trusting customers. I have had the same experience as others have reported. I placed my order on 20th May and yet shock horror still no rug! I also had an updated email to inform me that my order had been dispatched but surprise suprise two weeks later I'm still waiting. It's disgusting they can it away with it.

I ordered two rugs from them in April and heard nothing for weeks. When I emailed them for an update they replied that the order status had changed to dispatched. This was obviously a lie as two weeks later the rugs had still not arrived. I emailed again to cancel the order and got no response and they don't answer the phone. I finally got a response after I raised a dispute with Paypal. They have now said the order status has been changed to "Refunded". Save yourself the hassle and buy from another company.

As per the last couple of reviews - DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY. One month after giving them our money and still no rug. They do not answer calls, if they do, which is very rare they promise to call back - AND NEVER DO. Once they left me on hold for 10 minutes until I eventually hung up. We have written three emails - no reply. Also have contacted Trading Standards who are investigating and have gathered legal advice. We asked for a refund - guess what - money never appeared. This company is obviously in a very poor state of management at present. Please do not give them any money. The most horrific and disgusting levels of customer service ever experienced. We are now getting our money back via our credit card provider but this has involved more paperwork. Absolutely shocking that this company can continue trading when they are currently stealing people's money. We are going to investigate how to take this further and hopefully they will be shut down.

The initial service was good and delivery prompt. Problems started when i returned the rug. they acknowledged delivery and said they would process the refund. 6weeks later no refund. I had to cancel payment via paypal & credit card company. Steer well clear of them. This is the reason why you should always use a credit card online as your payment is insured.

Paid over £200 for a rug that didn't! Appear on the delivery date. Promised a full refund. Fourteen days later, no money refunded.Constant Excuses on the telephone,owner is always busy. Constant promise of return calls and refund,nothing happens.Do you get the picture.Take your business elsewhere even if it costs more!!. Trading standards now on the case,they were extremely interested to hear from me, apparently I am one of several people who have contacted them!!!. Say no more!!.

I ORDERED A RUG ON 11 APRIL - STILL NO RUG, NOW NOT RETURNING CALLS OR EMAILS. KEEP PROMISING THE RUG WILL COME BUT CLEARLY LYING. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE BANNED. DON'T GET SWINDLED BY THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY - BEWARE!!!!

I ordered 3 matching rugs in different sizes for my new flat, was informed of my de;livery date by phone and email and was given 5% discount via a promo code. All in all very pleased with the service and my purchase and i will be back for more rugs in the future. (when i can afford a house!)

Best selection of rug designs I have found online. I ordered a rug two weeks ago for my living room which was delivered within a few days however I had ordered the wrong size! Spoke to customer services who were really friendly and helpful. They organised the rug to be replaced and it was all sorted within a week! Thank you Rug bugs, great customer service and fast delivery! Will definitely order from them again!

I had really nice experience while dealing with them. when i ordered with them the rug was out of stock but they kept me well informed through emails and phones so i was quite satisfied that my money is in safe hands. After few days of waiting i received my rug on the exact date which we arranged with them for delivery. And no doubt rug is beautiful. Thanks Rug bugs.

I was so pleased with the whole experience ordering online from Rugbugs, the staff were friendly and I find the brummie accent hilarious, I ordered a joseph spice rug that looks simply stunning on my floor, rugbugs were the lowest price and delivered to me within 3 days, would recommend to friends.

I purchased 2 rugs from them over the phone staff were pleasant and knowledgeable, rugs were at a low cost and eere delivered within 5 days and they look great, i was even offered a 5 percent store credit for when i next shop there, thank you rugbugs.

Very poor service. Placed order and took payment. Within days item showed as out of stock. No communication. Called and they advised will be posted as some stock remains. Called to chase again and the advised item had been posted. Still not arrived. Raised paypal dispute and suddenly they send an automated email stating payment supposedly refunded (lets wait and see). Not a single call or email from them to me until now. No apologies for saying it had been sent which was obviously incorrect. Would never use this company again. Looks like other customers have had similar experiences in last few months.

Do not use this supplier. I ordered a rug, they took payment immediately but then i received no update. On chasing after 7 days, i was told it would be dispatched the next day and would be with me in 2 days. No delivery and no update. After 5 days of calling and being fobbed off, I was told parcel was lost and a new one would be with me within 2 days as they were sending a new rug. A week later, after several chasers, they then claimed that the 2nd rug had now gone missing with the courier! After repeat emails asking for an update and confirmation who this supplier was, the offered me a 10% refund but still no update on the rug. After still not receiving the item and constantly requesting an update, I then unexpectedly received a full refund notification from my CC company with no update what so ever from Rugbugs on what had happened. I never asked for a refund, i asked for delivery and update on the item i had bought. I then ordered this item with another Rug Seller and i received the item as expecetd within a week so it was not a supplier issue. Terrible service from rugbugs, do not touch!

This is a horrible Company to deal with, they lied to me several times promising deliveries to me which never showed, they blamed couriers even though they had never sent the rugs, and I had proof of this, they never returned my calls or replied to my emails, I don't think the left hand knows what the right hand is doing there, would not recommend this company if they were the last rug supplier on earth!!
