On the scheduled date of delivery, I took a day off waiting with the helper. There was no delivery until late afternoon. I phoned Flooringsupplies to enquire and they promised to liaise with the delivery company to get me an ETA and then no follow-up. I phoned them up again they phoned up the delivery company while I was on the phone and then was told there was unlikely to be a delivery today. That was a Friday. On Monday we went to work the courier turned up at the door step with the flooring! Of course we weren't there.

To be fair, Flooringsupplies did offer to organise delivery for another day but that won't make up for the time and costs incurred.
