I recently moved into a new home and wanted laminate flooring. After searching around I came across Flooring Supplies who offered the best deal which included free foam underlay. I originally ordered Rich Walnut but after receiving some free samples I had sent off for I changed my mind and ordered Antique Oak instead which is really nice and looks great once laid.

I was given a delivery slot of 13.00 to 16.00 so took the day off work. 13.00 came, 14.00 came, 15.00 came..no delivery. At 15.40 I rang DX who were responsible for delivering the flooring. They were no help and could not contact the driver. Finally at 18.00 my flooring arrived but I was not happy having spent the whole day in waiting on them.

Flooring Supplies is great and has a wide selection of laminate flooring to choose from but they need to sort out their delivery drivers.
