The Natura flooring is high quality and very easy to lay. The locking system requires a specialist tool when the boards meet the wall, as the next row of boards lock the previous row. I did not have the specialist tool. Before laying the final row I locked the ends of two boards together by pushing the locking bar into place with a small flathead screwdriver and then laid the two boards as one. This worked very well and the flooring looks great throughout. The flooring has a 3mm thick, very tough and resilient laminate layer. Soon after installation, a tradesman dropped an old heavy doorframe (nails still attached) on the floor, I thought the floor was damaged but the 'scratches' simply wiped away with a tissue. Delivered on time by a very nice and courteous driver. The free underlay (wood substrate) was not suitable for me (concrete substrate), so they only charged me the difference in cost for a more expensive underlay I needed. I would definitely use this brand of flooring and FlooringSupplies.co.uk in the future.
