This is a German company mascarading under a .co.uk address and listing a UK address on their website. I purchased a dirtrapper mat, thinking it would match one I already had (purchased from an exhibition years ago). It didn't, it was much darker. It was dispatched from a German warehouse and in the depths of the T&Cs it says you have to return to the warehouse it was dispatched from. An £8.95 return cost for a mat that cost £19.25 is outrageous. They offer to arrange collection by Parcelforce, but expect you to be in all day or to leave the parcel outside the door marked for Parcelforce collection. No option to bring to the Post Office. UNHELPFUL - RIP OFF - DON'T BUY!
