Got a quote, which seemed reasonable. Had the property checked by their "expert" to ensure work could be done (laying laminate flooring) to desired standard (for disabled person to use wheelchair on). "expert" confirmed they could do work, would level floor using latex screed and the whole job completed in 5 days. On their first visit they forgot to close and seal doorways so everything in the house got covered in a thick layer of dust and debris. Next they moved some of our belongings... (read more)
