fitted carpets & service & fitting

initial service was good until I purchased the carpets for fitting and carpet right contractors to fit. The fitters cut short the carpet in many places, left it so gags on staircase on sides, did not fit all the brass coloured extras, taking one away and leaving exposed and trip hazard carpet. The bath panel was misplaced, cuts in the skirting boards and bath board wall covering. splits were pusher used. Black finger marks on the walls The whole point was to cover and protect my tiled hallway which was not done. Promises to rectify were never carried out. The carpet was laid wrong way making it difficult to hoover and quickly burnt out a hoover motor as it was working against the grain of the carpet. No attempts to rectify and no apology. Ill health and death of husband made it difficult to follow through. Now a trip hazard and a night mare to negotiate, clean, and live with. Need to redecorate and get someone to rectify the damaged areas. several thousands of pounds worth of nightmare The carpet name is irrelevant it is the service and fitting that is the problem. Anyone wishing to have photos or view provided not to many people may have this service if convenient. This is genuine
