I went to Carpetright to collect an order of flooring laminate.i was sent in the rain to another carpet retailer called Storeys which was nearby and told that my flooring was there.the same flooring in Storeys was considerably cheaper than I had paid.it would seem that Carpetright bought t the flooring from Storeys and passed the extra onto me.
Carpetright did not even have the sense to collect the flooring from Storeys and keep it in their store for my collection.
I feel as if I have been robbed,because basically I have.will I go to Carpetright again? ,no I don't think so,and I will tell my friends,colleagues and everyone I know to do the same.
