“Princess Customer No-Service needs help”

I am an experienced cruiser. This spring, there were three couples that traveled to the Carribean for a 7 day cruise. When things go well everyone is happy; when things go wrong they have customer service. So our cruise last month was cancelled because the PRINCESS Cruise ship broke down. They did refund our money but are doing nothing to reimburse us for the thousands of additional dollars out of pocket. In fact it took several emails to PRINCESS customer service before they even responded that they were not going to do anything. What makes it even more insulting is that they knew the ship was broken when we got on board; they had had the same problem over the weeks leading up to our sailing. Be careful when booking a cruise on PRINCESS, they will not stand behind their promises. Because the ship is registered in a different country, you can't even sue them. I will sail again, just not on PRINCESS.
