“Awful Company”

I had to wait over an hour over our scheduled appointment for Bluebird Care to arrive at my Grandmothers home. After explaining our needs and wishes we were assured Bluebird could help us.

Then, we get a call from the office explaining that a member of staff had quit that afternoon and they couldn't help at all anymore.

Firstly, why they employ staff with no notice period is disturbing (that they can quit in one day) and secondly that they don't have enough staff to deal with one member leaving means they must be running this company beyond capacity.

What happens when someone calls in sick? Stay well away is my advice.
