I heard lots of bad reviews for Carcraft Sheffield, but I still think I need experience more to write a fair review. I recently bought a car from them, the car got 1st and 2nd gear problems. I took car back within 7 days to get refunds or exchanged. We have been waiting to talk to a member of staff for long time, then he told us he has no power to do anything about this car and refer us to ring customer service in Rochdale. Finally, he agreed that we could find a replacement car within 2 days ...

I bought the car, drove it to buy the road tax, I found out that one headlight and one fog light was not working, the wiper reservoir was also empty, although this was rectified after the complaint, I have come to a conclusion that this 120 point check is not thorough

Went to view a St170 at Wednesbury, thankfully I did my research on the car and first thing i noticed was the standard fit 6 disk CD player was missing and instead there was a tape deck, the stereo lit up orange so did not even match the green theme that SHOULD have been there and the steering wheel controls did not work. Next issue was the original plip key for the car was missing so there was no way to lock, unlock, pop boot, close windows and set the alarm.
I had placed a deposit on this car ...
