It is run by Devitt Insurance Brokers. I have had major issues with them on other policies.
Their strategy is to undercut any quote from any other insurer. Once signed up, they rip you off with extra charges to make any changes renewals etc..
They charge for renewing your policy!!!!!
I had a scooter insured with them ( very competitive) and after year one, they demanded a £25 renewal charge on a £98 renewal premium.
Their attitude,when taking out the policy is inflexible and obstructive!
They insist on doing everything by phone, but never answer it... I waited over half an hour on several occasions.
God knows how impossible they would be to deal with in the event of a claim.
Once I realised that Caravan Club was Devitt, I cancelled the policy.
