The call was answered promptly even though it was after 7.00pm - the representative was very helpful and cheery.
They looked at what was best for my age of caravan, and for my uses in particular.

All my questions were answered fully, and even though I had changed the storage location, it actually came out at a £1 more for premium, allowing my to include the legal expense optional policy and add protected no claims for very little extra.

A very worthwhile telephone call, especially as they recognised that it is a very large market!
