Just called Caravan Guard to change my insurance date by bringing it forward by 1 day. This is so i can pick up my New Caravan early. The dealer had given me 10 days free with my Policy to start straight after. The insurance was due to start on day of pick up, dealer called to say i can have a day early.
What fantastic customer service from Caravan Guard, They are going to reschedule my insurance by 1 day so that i can collect my Caravan and that the years policy kick in also a day early. They have made sure im covered all the way through and with no charge for this. Its great to see that customer service is not dead. Well done and thank you caravan guard
