I had previously written an excellent review of this company, based on the service of the site manager where we picked up our motorhome. We were happy with the vehicle itself but very irritated by the backgroud administration and additional hidden costs:

If you don't take out their extortionate CDW (which incidentally doesn't cover the things most likely to happen like external scratches and wing mirror damage - for which they provide a schedule of expensive repairs) then you have to pay £1250 per vehicle.

To get this deposit back you have to wait 28 WORKING days - ie around 6 weeks and then they have the audacity to charge a £15 admin fee for the privilege.

We had the vehicle signed off at the site only to find, at the point of deposit return that an additional fee was to be charged for petrol. This had been signed off at the site as OK. Again another £15 admin fee also charged for the privilege of this.

When I disputed the above I was told I had to wait another 28 working days for a response. Surprise surprise I heard nothing until I called them after this period and then they said the matter hadn't been escalated properly.

I am fed up with having to chase them and would not now recommend them to a friend without lots of warnings and provisos about how they go about their business.
