Having a depot in Kelty was great as it saved us a lot of extra miles in the vehicle as we were going to Scotland. It was a last-minute booking and the service from start to pick-up and return was excellent. The vehicle was spotless and exterior damage by others was clear. the person I dealt with at Kelty was helpful and the inspection on return deservedly thorough and quick.It was a good convincing comparison with 20 years of caravaning.
My only criticism was the delay with the return of the £1250 deposit which, like another reviewer, I was told 2-6 weeks. It took over 8 wks and £15 was deducted; this raised doubts about the finances at this Company which is actually investing in many new vehicles for 2016. If Motorholme had been more pro-active in explaining the delay, which apparently included I.T. problems with its finance branch,I would have given 5*
