We bought our 2017 caravan from Wandahome South Cave at the NEC caravan show in October 2016 and collected our van in November 2016. As we lived along way from the dealer we were promised an overnight stay on the company's own pitch to try out our van, only to be told that this wasn't actually open and they could only accommodate us at a site 30 miles further away from them and our home. We used the caravan for a weeks stay in the Cotswolds this Easter and on day 2 of a 9 night holiday the fridge ceased to work on Gas or Electric. Having contacted after sales customer services we were basically told that we would need to contact the manufacture of the fridge themselves and it was nothing that Wandahome could help with, despite escalating this to the management in the company nobody at all was interested in helping us other than to say we need to take the van back to them, over 100 miles away and leave the van with them, but that they can't look at it for another 4 weeks. Buyers beware, this company promised the earth when they are trying to close a sale but are wowful when anything goes wrong, by far the worst caravan dealer we have had the misfortune to come across.
