Wandahome agreed to carry out work on my caravan when the company I bought it from were reluctant to do so. Wandahome were not obligated to do the work and this saved me a long journey back to Preston, and a lot of Hassle. We have been dealing with Wandahome since February 2013, when we bought our first caravan, a Bailey Unicorn II, from them at the NEC show (for a very good price, incidentally!) All the staff have been friendly, courteous and helpful on every visit. Any problems have been quickly and efficiently resolved, and always with a cheerful demeanour. Took our year old Corniche 19/4 back to Wandahome for its service and a couple of warranty issues. Arrived at 10.00 after 200 mile journey and dealt with straight away, van was taken into workshop and we were taken into lounge for coffee, We came back later in day but van had lighting fault so again coffee in the lounge, All the staff we saw were very friendly and professional and all the warranty issues put right. As a new recruit to caravanning I purchased a vintage caravan from Wandahome and was very grateful for the help received from the salesman. I fell for Avondale Mayfly instantly but having no experience as a single person embarking on this new way of life I was clueless. Our visit was initially for two minor warranty rectifications but when setting off from home the caravan became detached from the car at very slow speed.The damage was quite small requiring replacement of brake cable and jockey wheel and rewiring electric plug. We reported what had happened on arrival and told not to worry they would sort everything out. Within a couple of hours it was all sorted. We purchased a caravan at the NEC and put ours as part exchange, told them it had a dent and paint had come off where an awning pole rubbed, the guy said it would be fine. When we got to wandahome to collect the new van they said our van had major damage and would cost £1300 to repair. I purchased my new Lunar Clubman SI last April. The sales team were friendly, polite and very reasonable in my dealings with them. As I experienced some teething problems with the caravan the After Sales team,  were superb in getting the problems put right. “Motorhome maintenance”

During storage, the vehicle battery on my motorhome went flat. At short notice, the Service Team took charge of the vehicle, fully charged the battery and checked for its ability to maintain charge over a few days.
