Fantastic after care! When my Swift awning developed a fault I contacted Swift directly and after a series of emails they told me they could not help me as there wasn't a repairer near to my home and suggested I contact the company I purchased it from. On ringing Wauby's, thinking I would have to start the whole process again of emailing photos of the fault etc I was pleasantly surprised that within seconds of me explaining the fault the very pleasant operative organised a courier to collect it from my home, the following day, to go off for repair. The awning has just been returned (in a little over a week) and I have to say the spot they repaired is possibly better then it was originally! A huge thank you to the team at Wauby's for their outstanding customer service, keep up the good work!
