I visited the superb Caravan Show at N.E.C. in October 2011 to choose a new caravan. I was interested in the Swift/Eccles ranges, & was impressed with Wandahome's version of the Challenger Sport, badged as the Swift Corniche.

It was based on the Challenger Sport, but with every optional extra fitted, & a pleasing top grade upholstery scheme, but was on offer at about the list price of the basic Challenger Sport - delivery was also free when purchased from the show.

Wandahome's salesman, Pete Broadhurst, was very helpful, but I was given no pressure to buy - just sound information, & friendly hospitality/ refreshments.

I was offered a great deal,& they were happy for me to return home & consider the information before deciding to purchase at the 'show' price (unlike one of their competitors who refused to give a 'show' price, as I did not want to sign the sales contract at the show on that day!

Having paid a deposit by phone, several days later, I was kept fully informed via e-mail from Charis, the Sales Coordinator at Wandahome, of the progress of my purchase.

I collected my new Swift, by mutual agreement, in January 2012, & received excellent hospitality, & a thorough handover.

As I had journeyed from Tyne & wear, I had accepted their offer of a free night at a local caravan site, where I could check out my new caravan systems, & relax, before my return home.

Overall, a really excellent purchasing experience - just the way it should be, but rarely found these days.
