We ordered our new caravan at the NEC in 2011 and collected it in April 2012. Its a long time to wait and we kept thinking of lots of queries that the staff at Wandahome were very keen to talk to us about and explain about or resolve. Everyone was very helpful.
On the day, the changeover was dealt with efficiently even if it was a little lengthy, as we had arranged to have our movers changed from the old to the new van. Again, everyone was very helpful.
