having visited the dorset branch,we were warmly welcomed and then left to our own devises to look at the stock,with the offer of assistance if required which for us is just right,having found a lovely caravan we went through the process of discussing the purchase .we were offered a very fair price for our existing caravan and subsequently came back one week later to collect our new caravan to which the handover was the best i have ever known,no rush everything explained clearly and the van was well presented with signed paperwork assuring valeting.van hitched up ,lights checked and then a bouquet of flowers for my wife.so my conclusion is this the caravan company dorset have a really good set of staff,very helpful,not pushy,conscientious and HONEST!!!!. so i would not hesitate to recommend the dorset branch to anybody. also the accessory shop should be mentioned very pleasant helpful staff and very large selection of goodies
