Having found our ideal caravan we decided to part with our beloved oldie and trade her in. Ropers Caravns gave us a really good part ex price and a 3 year warranty on our new (new to us) caravan. After much counting the pennies we decided to go ahead with the deal. However, when we arrived on change over day there was a problem with our caravan that we were unaware of! “Worthless Warranties”

Having been recommended to Ropers Caravans we were extremely disappointed with the service we received from certain parts of the team. Our New caravan was delivered to the site directly as we don’t have a tow bar & went straight into winter storage so we didn’t really get the chance with checking it all over fully prior to it being stored & as it came with a 12 month warranty we were quite confident any issues would be sorted under the warranty.
