All the staff at Highbridge were extremely helpful at all stages of buying my Luna Ariva two birth caravan. I was able to ask as many questions as I liked so that I felt comfortable making my purchase. I was assured that the caravan would be 'fault free' and it is. I have also contacted the aftersales team who answered my 'beginners' questions and gave me great advice. I visited the dealership four times in October and November and everytime the place was buzzing with customers and salespeople and the workshops were full on. Every time, I got the personal attention I needed and didn't feel rushed. My handover was extremely thorough and took place before I paid in full, which I liked. It is a family business and has that caring touch which makes buying a pleasure, and I am assured of a twelve month guarantee. My salesman added extras which helped me get started and I bought other items from the shop, including two gas bottles and a porch awning, which the assistants loaded on the van for me . It would be nice to see more women sales people and also I would have liked a coffee shop so that I could do some on-line research whilst I was there. I have already recommended Highbridge to a friend as being worth travelling to.
