Had another very positive experience with Emmbees and the person I dealt with there. I've a few issues with my Laika Ecovip and needed new parts to replace faulty ones. The person I dealt with has been so patient with all the emails and requests that I have sent. Nothibg is ever a problem it seems even though I know I've been a pain.
Thanks to the person I dealt with and Emmbee for your excellent customer service. I'm endebted to you.
