We're well chuffed!

A big thanks to all involved in making this purchase a painless, relaxed and pleasurable experience, in spite of the fact that we've pretty much blown much of our life savings! Still, you can't take it with you can you so enjoy it while you can eh? It’s a great van and just what we wanted. We're well chuffed!

Our sales executive was great and not at all what you might expect from a sales executive. There was no pressure or hard sell, which made us relaxed and whilst he made us an offer on our current van, he honestly told us what it was worth and suggested that if we tried to sell it ourselves we might get a much better price. So we did….and we did, meaning that with the deal he gave us as cash buyers on the new Burstner, we saved thousands! Regular contact was maintained throughout the whole process and on collection day, the enthusiastic Gaz took the time and trouble to go through everything with us carefully. In fact the whole team seem really enthusiastic about their work and obviously love motorhomes as much as their customers. I don’t think we’ll be changing this new Burstner for a very long time, but if we ever do, we wouldn’t hesitate in going to Emm-Bee again.
