We never make a large purchase without doing our homework. As this was our first purchase of a motorhome we took particular time to drive around the country to view many different models, read copious amounts of articles on the different layouts. we needn't have gone further than Emm Bee in Bury. He let us wander round their extensive stock of new and secondhand motorhomes then spent time to show us the pro's and cons. We decided on a new Burstner. After 2 months of ownership and 3000 miles I can honestly say the complete service was second to non. They have identified a minor hiccup on the initial specification which between Emm Bee and Burstner they have done more than enough to satisfy us. 10 out of 10.
