the worst service i have ever recieved

Having had a cab roof liner replaced that Ebor damaged whilst working on the vehicle, we took the vehicle to them for long standing and repeated problems to be fixed.

When we went to collect the vehicle, I was asked to sign a customer satisfaction form that I was happy with the roof liner, which I refuesd to sign before inpecting the vehicle. I haven't seen such shabby work provided by so called professionals. The liner looked like it had been cut with a bread knife, a dogs back leg would be straighter. When I asked the manager of Ebor (part of Catterick Caravans / Leisure World) what she thought, she smiled and said "I'm so sorry I will ring the Director (of Caterick Caravans) to see what they say"! In the meantime my husband and I carried on checking the vechicle, we found that the decretive covers, covering the screws had been taken off when they replaced the cab roof liner and not replaced them.

I asked for the vehicle keys to check other parts of the vehicle, to be told they weren't allowed to give me my keys because I hadnt signed their customer satisfaction form. Sooner after this the maanger was told to take photos and that she could give us our keys with no apology or contact from a manager or director of Catterick Caravans. I am now thinking of taking this to the small claims court.
