New Lunar caravan. Leaking pipes, bare wires showing, speaker not working, lights not working properly, crack in wet locker, damp issue. After nearly six months of being fobbed off with excuses for the work not being done under the warranty I threatened them with legal action under the Consumer Rights Act. Campbells then decided they'd better do the work. Their service is nothing short of appalling, they'd got our money & couldn't care less after that. Buy a new caravan from Campbells at your peril. You have been warned!!
