2016 Model Lunar Cosmos 462 New Purchase

We ordered our new caravan from Campbells Caravans at Preston, after initially seeing it at the Manchester Show in February. During the show we had plenty of freedom to examine other Lunar models with them and compare with other suitable models from other suppliers. We found that the deal offered by Campbells was very competitive and after careful thought we ordered the van at the show.
We were delighted by the way Campbells made the process simple and they subsequently provided a delivery date for early March.
We arrived at Campbells with our part exchange van well before the handover time to permit us to consider what accessories we would require to purchase whilst we waited.
We were met by the sales team who made us most welcome and the handover process was flawless. All of the promises made at the show regarding fitted extras have been kept.
We took the opportunity to spend two nights away locally in our new caravan which allowed us to try our new caravan and to remember all of the information given during the very extensive hand over process.
The support since our purchase has been excellent and we are delighted by the whole process of buying from Campbells and the first class after sales support that has been offered.
