Used Lunar Ultima

Collected our van today - 2011 Lunar Ultima 556. When we paid deposit almost 2 weeks ago we were told it would be "fully valeted inside and out and fully serviced". On collection today, it was as dirty as when we viewed it - the alloy wheels were black. There was no paperwork to say it had been serviced. Upon complaining, we were told by the person I dealt with(a very aggressive sales manager) that "looks clean to me". When we pointed out our issues, he was totally dismissive of us and said said that they had a damp issue with the van we had part ex'd so basically it was quits. We were shown the "damp issue" which was a tiny patch in the offside corner of the van, measuring 40 on the metre and being the size of a 10 pence piece. The whole experience was a negative and extremely stressful one, we've been caravanning for 10 years now and would never recommend Campbells to anyone. Upon arrival at home have booked van in for full service with our usual provider as we don't believe it's been done either. APPALLING.
