Aftersales service problems from day one but the major problem being that the 3year old autocruise bought last august turned out to have a different reg number on the number plate to that on the log book.i was only made aware of this when i recieved a notice from the dvla stating my van was not listed as bieng insured on the mib database and i could be fined £1000. Imagine the panic.we finally worked out what had possibly happened.that when the van had been taken for its first mot before we collected it that the number plates had been changed to advertise campells .only one letter was wrong but it meant none of the insurance documents were correct.i realize there is such a thing as human error, but that error could have had a devastating effect had we had an accident.as yet we have had no explanation or ,god forbid,an actual apology.
When you spend so much of your money and put so much trust in someone who advertises good service it just makes you want to cry.
I will never ever deal with this firm again.

Sounds like a simple mistake, a mistype on the machine that makes the number plates and bobs your uncle so it does happen with car dealers from time to time.
