we bought a used caravan off them and was paying for it in a 2 halves. we picked up on things that needed doing and was told they would be sorted for when we picked it up (3 days before we went away!!) we also asked for extras to be done, which would be charged to us. When we picked the van up the chargeable things were done, but funnily enough the free things were not done. we had to go away with the van not complete. after holiday the van was taken back to be completed. on the second pick up again things were not completed!!!!!!!!!!! it took 3 times before we were satisfied it was done!! would not use again
