I got my caravan last year from Cambells at Kirkham and all was well - but just had my first service, what a mess - no floor covering used when work was done inside, half the work discused was not done, I asked the van to be cleaned they were not willing but I agreed the cost of £40 an hour to clean it!! Thank god they did not do it as the bill was over £250!! - the caravan is just a year old. I will not go there again.
