We bought a new Lunar caravan over 4 years ago from Campbells.We took our own caravan in to be checked out the week before the change over and were informed that everything was ok. When we arrived to collect our new van, our part-exchange was inspected again and pronounced to be full of damp. We asked to speak to the person that had first examined our caravan but we were told that he wasn't there. Campbells then charged us an extra £1,000.00. We had earlier looked at a used van but it was very dirty.when we complained about the condition we were informed that caravans were only cleaned prior to collection! How do they manage to sell them?
