we have had this awning for two years,bought it after reading favourable reviews.in this time it has only been up four times,the longest a week.every morning the inside of the roof is covered in condensation which has dripped on everything.you cannot see through the windows and they have to be dried because the condensation runs down onto the skirt or ground sheet.every time it rains it runs through the stitching where the skirt is attached and puddles inside.we have complained to towsure,the result a troubleshooting sheet from pyramid who make the awning with a list eg.lift the skirts,use a non-breathable ground sheet (which on most sites now is not allowed),re-proof,use a dehumidifier etc.my reply to that is
