After spending 4 hours trying to download the emanual, there was nothing downloaded. I finally found the only way to contact emanuals which is by a support ticket and explained the problem, marked it urgent and requested the dvd version. they invoiced me for the difference which i payed immediately. finally got an email 4 days later saying the item was despatched 1st class (laugh), but now 8 days later still no dvd. Addition: After writing the review i need to point out my emaual was for a citroen dispatch not jaguar but there was no other reference on here for emanuals in general.

After a few installation glitches requiring a remote install from EManual Support, and a short learning curve, this manual is everything I expected it to be. Very user friendly software. This EManual is very easy to understand as a layman. It gives troubleshooting, installation, and removal info with detailed graphics.
