Items still not received !

Ive used the Megs wash mitt before and the Miracle dryer before, they are both great products. And are highly recommended. I've previously used Clean your Car before when the prices are competitive.
But when things go wrong, this is when you find how good or bad a company is.
Unfortunately on this occasion it has not gone right, the products have still not arrived after 12 days of pacing the order, despite them showing as in stock. I'm assuming they are lost in the post.
Poor unhelpful communication from Clean your Car, please wait, please check your (not so local for me) Post Office, they may have a parcel waiting for you - yet no missed you / parcel waiting for you form from the PO - (who are normally V good). Added to the fact that Clean your car does not even have the basic manners to send an email conforming they have sent replacements out - despite me asking.

Please note this review request came before I have received my replacement goods (if I ever get them), Laughable really !
Summary - Products I know are fine - but shockingly bad customer service from Clean your Car.
