I have used this website for 3 orders now having converted to them from another site. The layout and usability is much better than the majority of the competitors and the range of products is spot on from beginners and low budget to no expense spared professional equipment! Orders are always dispatched quickly and always arrive on time, the reminder emails are a nice touch.

Products are always well packaged and come complete with a hand written note to add a personal touch!

The loyalty points scheme has to be my favourite feature of this website as I am slowly working up my points to put towards something big :)
