I must admit that the 1st visit to one of this companies sites was not something i would recommend as the valet i paid for was not one i would have spent money should i have seen the outcome. However, the customer service team handled my complaint extremely well, quick and professional and provided me with a complimentary voucher to use them again(or to have the car re cleaned)
The second experience was completely different and I used the same site ,polite, courteous and an excellent job on the car. Although it did take slightly longer to do than first advised but it is to be expected sometimes. I would have given a 5 star rating but due to the first experience I didnt. I have used them once again and had no problems at all
