Overall very pleased with the buying experience being a female buying on her own. Very good selection of excellent condition cars. No pushy sales staff desperate for a sale like some places. Was able to test as many cars as I wanted. Gave good advice on best engines etc. Only gripe would be that they wanted to change me £18 to pay the balance with my debit card?? Did a BACS transfer in the end for free. Surely your profit margins are enough to absorb this apparent cost?

Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback and glad to hear you are overall happy with our service. With regards to the debit card charge, the banks no longer have a cap on how much they can charge for debit card transactions. As we sell more than 500 cars a week across our 3 sites, many large transactions can cut deep into our profit margins, so we have to pass this cost on to our customers. Unlike other car supermarkets, who have increased their admin fee to as much as £150 to cover these costs, we have chosen to keep ours at £37.50 and actively encourage our customers to perform a BACS transfer, which is free of charge.
