Selection, Purchase & Collection of car

After having been ripped off by another car supermarket company, I was quite nervous dealing with another, but their reviews were good so I did it. I am so glad that I did too. The initial call and finance application were straightforward and efficient as was the searching on their website for potential cars that interested me. I initially dealt with one of their agents that was Sheffield based and he ran a lot of quotes for cars of interest, mostly returning them immediately after getting my e-mails. The cars I chose to try were at Manchester and Wakefield so I went to both sites.

The advisors were exactly that - advisors - I was not given any blurb or put under any pressure or experienced to sales tactics to buy. I asked all the questions, they provided straightforward and accurate answers.

They went and got the cars I wanted to try, accompanied me on the test drive (only offering directions not opinions) and they gave me plenty of time to think. At no time did I feel pressured or that they were trying to persuade me into buying - they happily got more cars and did more test drive then left me to look. I felt that they wanted me to buy the right car for me, not just buy a car.

Every car I saw was top quality and most were high spec models too. After deciding to buy one, the process was ultra efficient and extremely fast. I had asked them if they could do the same day collection but they couldn't because the car had to be checked and a part (battery) had been playing up so they needed to get the car sorted and right - can't argue with that!

2 days later, I went to collect the car, I was given a good session on the controls and functions of the car. I took their warranty which they forward dated as the car is still under manufacturers warranty. That all went smoothly and I took the car away.

I would highly recommend the car people - they are truly the people you need to go to for a car.
This first interaction has left me a very, very, happy man and the car is simply outstanding.

If anything goes wrong, I update this review to include the after sales experience though based on the buying experience I have a very high degree of confidence that I will be looked after.

This was a different way to buy a car and it was, I have to say, a very pleasurable, efficient and stress free way. They clearly live their published values - something a lot of other companies in this market that I have had experiences with simply don't do.
