I recently bought a car from car people and from the minute I walked into to the showroom the place looked clean and tidy but most of all it was busy which I think was a good sign.
When looking round we didn't feel harassed or put out.yes we were asked a couple of times if we were ok or needed help,but we didn't mind that and when we explained we were just looking the staff said no problem.
When we needed help the gentleman who helped and ultimately sold us a car was great from answering questions to explaining in detail about the car we bought.
On the day the gentleman who we signed with was pleasant and showed us round the car and was courteous with good manners.
Would I recommend car people?
YES...
