Great experience

I went to The Car People, Sheffield to look at a specific car which I'd seen on their website. On arriving, I found the whole place inviting and easy to find my way around, with all the cars laid out in a logical order. I quickly found the car I was looking for but unfortunately someone else was already looking at it and ended up taking it for a test drive. I approached one of the sales team to ask if I could take a look after the other person. The salesman was very helpful and understood that I wasn't interested in any other vehicle so didn't try and push me towards something else.
Whilst the other gentleman looking at the car was discussing finances, I was well looked after, offered drinks and regular updates about whether the other person was going to buy or not. Fortunately for me, he didn't.
After a test drive of the car I was interested in, I decided to go for it. I was given a very good part-ex price for my old car so was more than happy. I was paying cash so didn't need a conversation around finance and the whole process was very quick, easy and laid-back.
My car was ready for collection 3 days later and the handover process was, again very quick and easy.
I'm very happy with the vehicle I bought and the experience I received at The Car People. I would happily recommend them to anyone.
